If you are looking for a top caliber lawyer that is reasonable and understands her clients' needs, then Ms. Baker should be your top choice. I recently worked with Ms. Baker in the drafting, negotiation and execution of a pre-marital agreement; a situation that is often very difficult to navigate. She was responsive, extremely thorough and her zealous advocacy always took in to consideration the outcomes I desired. Emily was incredibly helpful in the process of negotiating my pre-nuptial agreement. She saved me from a process that had already taken a year and a half with another lawyer. She got it done in about 3 months and on top of that was always available when I needed her (even last minute) and always made sure I understood everything perfectly. Hiring a lawyer can be expensive, but Emily never made me feel like she was on the clock and never made me pay more than the absolute least amount to get the job done. Highly recommend!
