Ms. Keisha Garner prepared a power of attorney and advance directive in September 2020. She patiently guided us through the process of creating such emotional, but important documents. Ms. Garner made sure we understood what the documents could and could not be used for, as well as provided us with other matters we should consider as we plan for my dad's aging. She is also very responsive, either directly or using technology (which made completing the lengthy forms easy).

My experience was terrible, usually when hiring an attorney you want great communication or at least someone that will stand by their own words. I hired this attorney to draft a letter to my daughter school. When communicating through her message center she stated in writing once I will approve the l etter that she will send the letter to the school first class. Stated this in writing. The job was never done never communicated that it wasn’t done until I reached out. This just another cook who just wanna make a quick buck. Very unprofessional the Bar will here from this.

When you hire someone from the Internet, you always do so with some trepidation.
