If your N400 application is pending for a long time, hire Mr. Kohn to get results in 2 weeks! My application was pending for 2 years, and I exhausted all my resources, including senators, a direct letter to the director of USCIS, numerous emails and messages and phone calls to USCIS, and all I had re ceived was: "We apologize for the inconvenience." It was finally time to take a legal action, so I hired Attorney Zachary Kohn, and within 2 weeks of the mandamus action, my oath ceremony was scheduled! Brief history – my (now) wife had travelled from China to the States almost 5 years ago to visit her best friend whom she know from childhood in China. Her tourist visa soon expired. She wanted to stay in the U.S. Shortly thereafter, I met her and I fell in love with her. I wanted to marry her. And I wanted har to feel secure that she could remain in the U.S. I was familiar with Julie Oliver-Zhang as she is known by her lawyer peers as among the finest Immigration lawyers, as well as personal injury lawyers in Washington DC. Atty Julie Oliver-Zhang is a member in good standing and past governor of the DC Trial Lawyers Association, she has a prefect A-plus rating with Martindale Hubbell and an AVVO rating of 10 which is the highest rating for any lawyer.
