  • ★★★★★I highly recommend Mr. Burnham and would recommend him to a friend

    Janei · litigation ·

I consulted Mr. Burnham about a legal problem. Thankfully it didn’t go to trial, but the consultation / advice I received from Mr. Burnham was first rate. He is a skillfully attorney who is extremely knowledgeable, fair and ethical. I would recommend him without hesitation.

  • ★★★★★A great attorney

I have used Charles Burnham on two separate occasions and could not speak more highly of him. Neither were major cases, but his knowledge and commitment were indispensable in winning both of my cases. I strongly recommend him.

  • ★★★★★In Awe of Carol! Beyond ANY Possible Expectation. Hire ASAP!

Erica (MSgt, Retired) · government law ·

You’ve never met any other attorney with the amount of fight, care, and knowledge that Carol has. I cannot even put into words how much Carol can and will do for you. Her ability to navigate both the military and civilian justice system has been tremendous in my case. I’ve been working with Carol for almost a year now. She’s kept things moving along while the other side stalls and is trying to make you give up. So transparent, honest, unbelievably on top of things. I’m someone who would tell you pros and cons of working with someone. I’ve had five different attorneys. They all had their ups and downs. I have absolutely nothing bad or off to say about Carol or her team. Beyond grateful this person exists. I’ve literally put my life in this person’s hands. You will not regret working with Carol. A definite cut above all others. Highly, highly recommended. She’s so responsive too. Blown away by this experience in the best kind of way!!!!

  • ★★★★★Cannot Ask for a Better and More Experienced Attorney

    anonymous · government law ·

Mr. Cave helped me with an IG complaint, which could have impacted my active duty career. He provided legal advice and assisted me with the interview questions. Mr. Cave was extremely patient (we worked on the questions for hours), flexible, responsive, meticulous and thorough. The outcome of the inv estigation was positive (not substantiated). I am thankful for his service.

  • ★★★★A serious word of warning

    Scott · government law ·

I hired Mr Cave in 2001 for a single dirty urine in 20 years of service, obviously a mistake of some kind and that turned into what ended up in a Courts Martial in Europe and paid him thousands and thousands of dollars. He visited twice and one of those times was for the case that went to trial. He d id virtually nothing but I kept him on. He showed up for trial totally unprepared and seemed to be preoccupied. The Judge admonished him the first day for his unpreparedness and paused proceedings until he gathered more pertinent information. The rest of the trial was humiliating in that his arguments were inane, once trying to equate the case to the ENRON trials, and his theatrics in court were humiliating, once having me stand at attention until the Judge pleaded to him to let me sit again. He didn't object once to anything from the prosecution. I should have sued him for negligence and was told to do so by lawyers handling my appeals. I'm surprised he's still practicing. If you need representation I suggest going elsewhere or take him at your own risk.
