Mr. Rosen was very helpful in navigating a landlord-tenant matter. He was provided timely responses to questions, allowed me to review drafts of his correspondences to the other party, and was easy to work with. I highly recommend him!

David is a very dedicated attorney. He is meticulous with his research and committed to resolving his clients concerns to the best of his ability. In my case, the situation was resolved in mediation. The outcome was better than I expected. Also important to me, he was non judgemental in his appro ach to the situation.

David thoroughly reviewed the documents in my case and fully understood the facts and issues at hand. The other side was very unwilling to settle. However, he litigated the matter and convinced the other counsel of the merits of my case. He was a great communicator and obtained me a settlement that I was very pleased with.

David is an honest, straight shooting attorney who continuously provided sound counsel during the course of my case. A good strategist, he formulated a solid plan, which he then methodically executed. His patience and determination resulted in action by an otherwise intractable and bureaucratic loc al government. He successfully negotiated a settlement in my favor. I would definitely hire David again.
- ★★★★★Can't Recommend Her Highly Enough!

A year ago, I unexpectedly found myself needing a divorce lawyer. I was utterly devastated and had absolutely no idea where to turn. After gathering a list of referrals from friends in the legal community, I began making calls to attorneys. They were all extremely well-qualified and competent, but in all of those interactions, only one -- Melissa Kucinski -- made clear that she saw me not just as a case file number, but as a human being. I told Melissa about my situation -- what was happening, and my uncertainty/total lack of knowledge about how to proceed -- and her first response was not to launch into legalese or detachedly quote her hourly rate, but to acknowledge my pain and tell me how sorry she was to hear what I was going through. That meant the world to me. She spent ample time patiently answering my many questions and give me a basic idea of how the process would unfold -- all before I hired her, or even committed to doing so. That same blend of kindness, empathy, and incredible professional skills/expertise that stood out so strikingly on that first phone call would come to characterize the entirety of my experience with Melissa. She's brilliant, she's thorough, she's fair, she's clear-headed, she's caring, she's unflinchingly honest, she's generous with her time, and she's hard-working. In short, Melissa Kucinski is everything I could have possibly hoped for in a lawyer, and far more. I would never wish a painful divorce like mine on any other person. But they happen -- and if I'm glad for anything about the experience, it's that I had someone like Melissa Kucinski to guide me through it, advocate on my behalf, and reach a resolution that protected me and my best interests as I began the difficult process of rebuilding my life. I cannot fully express my gratitude to Melissa Kucinski, nor can I recommend her highly enough.

She was very kind and caring, and did her best to find a mutual agreement between parents in a Hague Convention Case. An agreement wasn't reached, but if there was no conflict of interest, I would definitely love to work with her on a client-attorney basis.

Mr. Sternberg did an excellent job educating me on the different paths forward and how his firm's experience and capabilities could assist me. He also advised me on methods that would be less complicated and cost-effective. The consult was worth every penny.

I paid a retainer for consultation and the drafting of a letter of reply to a not-for-profit organization that was attempting to collect on a claim of a twenty-year-old debt incurred in a European country. Mr. Sternberg took the full hour to listen to my situation and position on the matter, answered all my questions, and left me with a sense of confidence that he was experienced and capable of legally handling my matter. His assistant, Mr. Martz, drafted an eloquent and robust response, which the other party continued to dispute, and I have retained their firm for whatever come next. I greatly appreciated their responsiveness; they were timely and set up the first consult within a few days of contacting them and the letter they drafted was sent out in a business week. I also felt that they listened to me and took the time to explain the matter to my satisfaction. They often caveated their statements, as many legal matters cannot be fully defined, it depends on a multitude of controllable and uncontrollable items, and they were diligent in ensuring that they understood what I could expect and what the most likely (but not guaranteed!) outcomes would be. Lastly, they took the time to reach out when this process was upsetting or making me nervous and ensured that we were progressing in a manner that was organized, coherent, and deliberate as opposed to making hasty, snap judgements. I would unreservedly recommend Mr. Sternberg for anyone that has a civil matter involving real estate and international law. (1st copy of review, posted to multiple websites)

I had a pretty small case where other attorneys did not really care for but Richard Sternberg was the only one that took his time to walk through the case and presented several options that I could take. Yes, I had to pay a consult fee but was totally worth it in the end. He had his associate write a letter, which took care of the problem in less than 2 weeks. I had this problem for almost a year. Thank you

Richard provided me with clear and precise advice on handling a problem I encountered during the closing of a real estate sale. He was highly responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly. Given the time-sensitive nature of my issue, Richard went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and ad dress my concerns. Few attorneys would extend such efforts for a new client. While hiring an attorney can be costly, Richard's services were worth every penny. I would certainly hire him again and will refer others who may need his expertise. As an attorney myself, I am happy to share that Richard conducted his service to the gold standard that attorneys should strive to maintain. Thank you for your help.
