- ★★★★★Very impressed, and highly qualified

While the law firm can be difficult to reach initially, this was explained by the high case volume and inability to take more clients at the time. She was very thorough in the intaking process and made sure that the case was well known. After becoming a client, all messages, emails, and phone calls were promptly answered and all questions were answered. Not only was she extremely fair and competitive in price, her knowledge of the case exceeded my expectation by far. I would highly recommend her service to any employee in a MSPB or EEO case, as her professionalism is exceptional.
- ★★★★★Great outcome!

I was worried about hiring an attorney in DC so far away from where I live (LA), but I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive they were. I am a long-time client. A while ago, I was terminated after requesting accommodation, and Ms. Dettling was able to get me reinstated. She did it for a flat rat e, which was very reasonable. A few years later, I discussed the VERA resignation option with her and decided to take it. No sooner had I signed the paper than the military informed me that I had to buy back my active-duty time. It would have been thousands of dollars. Ms. Dettling was able to resolve the issue without me having to make any payments. Good job!

FELSC were very patient and helped me understand the legal principles of my case and what I needed to do to win. They discussed the burdens of proof and never talked down to me.I was pleased to learn that my retainer was used sparingly and mostly for work that had to be completed for the judge. They definitely do not gouge you. I am always suspicions and was pleasantly surprised that they dispelled all my previous opinions of lawyers.
- ★★★★★Dedicated to your cause

While I was going through one of the worse times of my life, I heard about the FELSC and it saved my life. As a government employee with a superior employment work record for 30 years, I started being harassed by a coworker. I addressed it with my agency with no success. After dealing with the har assment for years, I became unable to work and requested a medical accommodation, the agency ignored me. I contacted 20 attorneys and no-one would take my case. I called FELSC and Attorney Rosemary Dettling responded to my desperation. After years of the agency stalling, filing frivolous motions and throwing tantrums, my case finally went to trial. Ms Dettling had to work through an enormous amount of issues, but she stood by me with support and her knowledge of the law. She could have taken on cases that would have paid more but she stuck with me through some really tough times. We won a GREAT settlement due to her hard work. I will be eternally grateful. She is worth the cost.
- ★★★★★Pleased Client!!

I had a great experience working with this law firm. They answered all my questions and wrote letters immediately to help me. Their reputation must be known, because the agency quickly settled. I was very pleased with the settlement.
