We initially engaged Alexander Rodriguez directly for a time-sensitive business dispute, with the understanding that he would be responsible for the matter. After engagement, the work was delegated to an of-counsel attorney. Unfortunately, the matter suffered from serious execution and supervision issues. Critical actions were billed as performed, yet there was repeated uncertainty around whether they were actually completed, along with an inability to provide timely confirmation or documentation. Given the urgency and stakes of the matter, this lack of verification and follow-through was unacceptable. As Managing Partner and the attorney we initially retained, Mr. Rodriguez was responsible for ensuring that the matter was assigned appropriately and supervised adequately. His involvement did not meaningfully occur until after the engagement had already failed and deficiencies were raised, at which point the damage had already been done. The fees were high, yet the level of oversight, internal controls, and administrative support did not match what was represented at the outset. Based on this experience, I would be cautious retaining Mr. Rodriguez or his firm for any matter.

Unfortunately, I do not understand why Mr. Martine took my case since it is a homeowners insurance once and maybe it is not his speciality! Truth we had Covid, truth the courts were closed but it is almost impossible to talk to him or somebody in his team even if you are having an urgent matter re lated to the case. I have had to sit for hours in his waiting room in order for him to attend my case after numerous phone calls and emails. In my opinion he lacks courtesy or more people in his team that can answer issues in small cases foe him but big for the person that is facing it. I will not recommend you to retain his services unless it is one of his specialities.

I sustained severe lacerations to my right (dominant) hand as a result of an accident with a commuter train door. Mr. Ramey has handled several traffic issues for me in the past - alleged super speeding, school bus passing, and red light violations (among other things) – and my charges have always been dropped or reduced (no points!!). I'm a busy girl with more to do than attend hearings, and I'd rather not admi t guilt by paying the fine (and risk upping my insurance), so I always consult Mr. Ramey no matter how minor the ticket. (Rolling stop, fender-bender...I've called up his office at least a half-dozen times over the past ten years and have recommend him just as often.) A girlfriend of mine recently got into a bit of trouble. Not to get into details, but the charge was more involved than my usual petty ticket, and I (of course) referred her to Mr. Ramey. Mr. Ramey was not able to work on the case directly, but his associate, Gregory Bianco worked magic and got all charges dropped. She could not be happier, and I'm just glad Mr. Bianco was able to provide the same level of service I promised her Mr. Ramey would.

Worst lawyer I have ever come across. A 9mph speeding ticket ended up costing me 3X as much as the original ticket and I had to do a 12 hour traffic school in person. COUld have just paid the ticket for $131 and done a 4 hour online school. I have never seen such incompetence in my life. Only thing w orse the judge could have dropped on me was a prison sentence.
