We consulted with Mr. Tolley for an ongoing legal issue we were experiencing. Prior to consulting with him, we unfortunately hired a different lawyer. The hired lawyer ultimately did not help us with our case and proved to be ineffective. We consulted with Mr. Tolley and he helped us identify our leg al rights and advocated on our behalf. JT was awesome! He helped my healthcare business receive funds we were owed that the insurance company was holding for no reason! He was persistent and always had an open direct line of communication. He values your opinion and runs things by you before and explains his reasoning and best course of a ction. In addition to that he was incredibly nice and fair (super rare for an attorney lol). I really felt that he had our best interest at heart. Great attorney and a great human being as well.
