I was extremely nervous about the mediation process but I must say that from his FIRST WORD, Andy put my daughter and me at ease and actually made the experience pleasurable! Not only is he smart and knows every aspect of the law inside and out but his personality is so warm and kind and he took tim e to explain everything in layman's terms. I wish you offered 6 stars because, in this case, 5 just isn't enough! I hope there won't be a need for a mediator in my future, but if there is, you can be sure Andy will get the call!
