I have had the pleasure to have Mr. Leeds as my Attorney , I must say I would definitely recommend Mr. Leeds to people. He was a very professional lawyer but he will tell you how it is which you don't get very often from people in his profession. Most just want your money in my case Mr. Leeds and h is staff kept me informed on everything that was going on and helped me when I had any questions regarding my case . It is difficult enough to live with the results of medical malpractice. Finding an attorney you can trust and depend on is equally difficult. We all know choosing an injury attorney can be a stressful, tedious, and nerve wracking journey into the unknown. Unless you have first hand knowledge, or are referred by someone you trust with such knowledge, you truly leave yourself in the most compromising of positions as you are putting all your faith and trust in the attorney you choose. We all also know that not all attorneys are created equal, they each have their own priorities and policies, sometimes personal, sometimes from their Firm, but either way, you will be subject to their individual way of treating their clients and the law. I am writing this review because I found myself in this exact same predicament, and by sheer fate, and a lot of luck, I managed to acquire the services of an attorney that I would best describe as a very rare breed, an attorney who actually does put his clients best interests first, doesn’t just claim to, an attorney who is honest, trustworthy, and above all, not afraid to go against the grain if necessary. The proof was in the situation surrounding my case, everything, including the laws to protect businesses, were working against me. When the case was presented to other lawyers for opinions, all of them said they would not fight this case because it was not winnable, the cards were stacked against us and yet, Mr. Miller did not bend, he believed in the case, and the cause, and he fought on. He was honest with me to a fault, and explained what he felt our best options were to have a successful outcome, and he was right. He told me when he felt it was time to stand our ground, and when he felt we best give in a little, all in a way that made complete sense. I don’t know about you, but I always feel out of place when it comes to drawing conclusions when it involves the law, right/wrong, and common sense rarely play as vital a role as one would imagine, so Mr. Miller’s knowledge and fortitude were indispensable in my situation. I was very satisfied with the outcome, and walked away not only now knowing a truly qualified and quality injury attorney, but also a friend. Mr. Groff has been a lifesaver and because of him and his firm I have financial security for the first time in my life.
