I needed to file y taxes for year 2017 but also had problems with period tax returns and never dealt with the IRS before. I was so scared, IRS can be so intimidating. Let me just first say first Alvaro is the most honest and professional attorney I have ever met. Having dealt with many other attorneys in Miami, that is a huge compliment coming from me. I way was referred to Alvaro by a friend when the IRS came knocking at the door looking to collect Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars and with agents ready to perform a "Comprehensive Audit" of any and all my business and personal finances. Pretty much a nightmare scenario. Alvaro been a tax attorney and a CPA (yes he's a CPA as well) , was able to prepare, document and manage the entire audit process (10 months) while interacting with the IRS agents on my behalf. His presence along with his wealth of knowledge, put those agents in a different mood as they understood that they were not going to get their pound of blood so easily. Long Story short, The audit was completed and the "fines" where a tiny fraction of what the IRS was originally looking for.
