I am not an actual client because it turned out that my problem is not in his scope of law and it is possible that I do not even have a case. However, this man personally took my phone call and spoke with me in detail about my issue for 30 minutes or his time. He was very straightforward and honest w ith his opinion of what I should do. Many attorneys might have suggested that I bring in everything so that they could go over it to determine if they could take they case, while never actually planning to just to get an office fee out of me. He absolutely did nothing of the sort. He told me his opinion based on his knowledge and flat out that he could not do it. He is the type of attorney that most people look for and never get lucky enough to find.

Dr. Wanshel was very well recommended by a friend of mine and he was right. After 2 years trying to get divorce, my previews lawyer didn't get anything done. I was referred to Mr. Chizever by a colleague. At first, I was a bit hesitant as he was very blunt. Then I realized he is very passionate about his work and does not sugar coat. (Some do just to get your business) Needless to say, I got the results I wanted; monthly child support due to me and the ti me-sharing schedule for my child that works for me vs the other parent. I was a nervous wreck and contacted him a lot with many questions, yet he always responded in a timely manner. Considering he is mostly in a courtroom, he always replied. Richard has been my attorney for over 3 years now in a family law custody case. Not only is he a very passionate litigator, he is the only family litigator (that I have hired) that actually cares about the outcome of the case. He is always available, night or day, an attribute very different from o ther legal professionals that I have hired. Although family law representation is expensive, his rates are the most affordable that I have found. He doesn’t Nickel and Dime you in attempts to run up bills, as I have experienced with other lawyers.
