My son paid sabrina to represent him on a case that he had pretrial schedule and trial the following week sabrina showed up for the pretrial for a substitution of counsel n ask the judge for a continuance the judge denied because the case had been going on for a couple years now she would have to pi c up where former counsel left from she told my son it is in his best interest to remain with former counsel has she won't have time to prepare because of trial being so closed which make sense. But sabrina refuse to refund my son at least some of the payment back meanwhile she never filed a notice appearance on his behalf...

Robert Amsel represented me in a federal drug case. He was with me from indictment to post-incarceration and I can honestly say he did everything possible to help me in every way. My case was a relatively simple open and shut case, and yet he still went above and beyond to seek a better outcome for me. I was completely satisfied with the details he found in his research, and with the way he presented them in court. He also did a great job of presenting me as a person, along with all the mitigating circumstances, during my sentencing which ended up helping a lot. He was also there for me while I was in the county jail and could contact very few people. I had the unfortunate experience of being stopped after a cruise and was falsely accused of a crime I know I did not commit. After having the unpleasant stay at the county jail for 2 nights and having my first court appearance with a public defender, I was told I was looking at a 15 year mandatory se ntence. Although I was confident I would beat the charges against me, I felt the need to seek out a good legal defense team to secure my freedom from any unjust sentence. Had a legal issue with Miami-dade and royal carribean while getting off a cruise ship where I was racially profiled and they targeted me. Scott and Jennifer made sure that I was properly taken care of. He would respond 24/7 anytime almost like he doesn't take holidays. They shortened the length of th e battle in a favourable outcome for me which as a non US citizen is a loss for Miami dade. У меня было обвинение по DUI, благодаря которому я несколько месяцев сидел в immigration detention. Сейчас обвинение снято еще до суда благодаря Скотту. Я уже терял всякие надежды так как мой предыдущий адвокат предлагал сделку guilty plea. Но тут моя семья нашла Скотта. Он понравился нам с перво й минуты. Не взяв никакой предоплаты он отсмотрел кучу видео с нагрудных камер, реально разобрался в кейсе, рассказал какие у меня реально есть шансы и мы поняли, что надежда все-таки есть. В отличии от других адвокатов, Скотт не пропадет сразу после получения оплаты. Весь кейс он всегда был на связи, он не обложился паралигалами, помощниками и тд и сам всегда погружен в кейс. Он внимательно выслушал что же на самом деле произошло и предложил неординарные решение. В результате, case dismissed еще до суда. Спасибо большое Скотту и его команде!
