    Maiko · immigration ·

I highly recommend Grace Gomez as one of the most knowledgeable and effective immigration attorneys in Miami. Our family has entrusted Grace with our most crucial immigration needs for over a decade now, and she has never let us down. She is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and most importan t of all; trustworthy. Her vast knowledge in the field of immigration, serves as a valuable asset to her clients, who can rest assured that their attorney knows what she is doing, and will always guide them with their best interest in mind.

My husband and I hired Ms Gomez for immigration services and she was a delight! We were nervous and intimidated by the immigration process to America but with Grace's guidance it was a breeze. We really a same-sex couple with a son and had a few hoops to jump through, but Grace and her team made ever ything very simple and straightforward. I just received my PR and my family and I can finally begin our life here in Miami. Highly recommend!

  • ★★★★★VISA

    Gabriela · immigration ·

I applied for a immigrant visa for my husband in Honduras. After, being denied twice in the past when working with another attorney due to some complications (he was falsely accused of being a member of an active gang), my husband and I began to lose hope. However, my mother met Grace on a trip to Fl orida when she helped my mother's brother attain a permanent resident card. She learned about my case and got in contact with me about the requirements necessary to apply for a visa. She prepared and submitted the application for the I-130 petition in March 2015, which was approved right away. After months and months of preparation and close communication (I live in NY), we gathered all the documents necessary to submit the visa application. It was constant emailing and calling back and forth between us. She explained everything in detail, was always open to questions or concerns and guided me all the way. She was always on top of anything that was missing, always had important questions and filed everything accurately and on time. In May 2016 we received our interview letter scheduled for June 14th. She prepared all the documents that were necessary to show at the actual interview and send them to me. I added some extra peices of evidence (pictures, money exchange and travel copies) before sending it to my husband. On the day of his interview, the officer specifically asked for the documents that she prepared in the package, not to mention, also gave him some valuable and encouraging advice that calmed my husband down prior to the interview. She gave him tips to always remain honest and answer only what is asked. I feel she mentally prepared him because he was a nervous wreck before having that last conversation days before the interview. He called me and was completely relaxed. On June 14, my husband's immigrant visa was approved! After 7 long years, it still hasn't hit me that our dream came true. It hasn't been an easy road, we have a child together and our family wouldn't be complete without him and now she will grow up with her daddy. We owe it all to Grace Gomez and her helpful assistant Faiza. These women are truly incredible. They are extremely honest, reliable, responsible and caring. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will recommend them to everyone I know. I have no complaints, whatsoever! Grace will tell you from the start if a case is even possible to open and complete. They are always on schedule and work with you very well. Despite living in 2 different states, we communicated as if we were neighbors and everything fell into place. My case took about a year to complete and it was worth it! I want to Thank Grace Gomez and Faiza for their amazing work, determination and trust. I wish them all the success in the world!!! Thank you ladies for making our wishes come true.

  • ★★★★★100% Recommend - Efficient, Kind, Genuine and RESULTS!

    anonymous · immigration ·

Grace was able to see me immediately after a referral from a family Law office in the area. Her front-desk staff and assistant Faiza are all well-informed and so pleasant to speak with when addressing any additional concerns. Grace is very kind and attentive. I am intimidated when it comes to legal s ituations and law offices, but Grace and her staff put me at ease. She is very kind, and genuinely cares about her clients well-being and in particular, she addressed all of my concerns. She worked quickly with me, without rushing me, and we received good results/approval less than the estimated time originally thought. I will be continuing my work with Grace and her staff during the coming months and I recommend her to others seeking immigration related situations.
