We hired David to represent my son in a serious felony case. David was able to get the case dismissed prior to charges being formally filed. He clearly has created great relationships with the local prosecutors. He brilliantly worked with the prosecution pre-filing to explain all the challenges wi th the state's case and also build up my son's reputation (given alleged crime was only insight prosecutor had of my son). The prosecution process was frustrating -- over 10 arraignment resets. Nonetheless, David was persistent and super responsive through the entire process. Tom Manos has been my lawyer for several years now. In the last year alone, he has recovered three payments owed to me. In two of the situations, Tom recovered payments owed to me by production companies in the entertainment industry after I had filmed commercials for them.
