We ended up not have to hire a lawyer since our I-485 unexpectedly got approved after uploading a simple letter to the USCIS, but Mr. Sibirsky took his precious time to discuss option with us on the phone and he was a) very competent and b) a very nice person who gave us the feeling we are in best ha nds. I was impressed with him at the first consultation because he got to the point and told me how much everything would cost and how long things would take. After I wrote the check, he still returned my calls and answered my questions. The immigration process takes a very long time. There were so man y things that I would not have done if I filed my case on my own. He was very good at guiding me through the process and being straight all the way through.
