Took James 8 months to write up a simple complaint and it still was not complete. After the $5000 retainer, he wanted another $2500 for his time, no telling how much more time and money it would take him to write a complaint against Monarch CC. I am now hearing from other attorneys that he did no t do the job for them either. Hugh mistake for me to trust him.

I hired this attorney to represent my son in a divorse case. This attorney did not keep my son current on what was happening. He does not listen. Conversations were by email. My son's concerns were overlooked. This is not an attorney you would ever want to hire on a divorse case. The results in the d ivorse were a disaster.
