Mr. Greenberg analyzed our claims, demonstrating complete understanding of relevant statutes and the law of contracts and the law of insurance. His pleadings, conduct of the discovery process, presentation of and argument of motions, before the court were flawless, resulting in a victory by motion f or summary judgment. The facts involved a massive amount of documents, technical questions and expert as well as occurrence witnesses and the case proceeded smoothly forward, to a successful result. We would have been just as comfortable, with Mr. Greenberg taking the case to the jury, had it not been disposed of on summary judgment. He is a top notch trial lawyer.
