Blake is an extremely competent Family Law attorney. My son was not receiving the treatments and therapies that are necessary for an Autism diagnosis. When we pulled the school records he had missed 50% of the school year where he had an IEP. This was concerning and could have negative repercussions on my sons life. I changed my divorce petition to primary physical custody and we won! Now my son is receiving the recommended classes and therapies and the difference is like night and day. I will be forever grateful for the work Blake did for us.

Blake took my case without a retainer and was able to make my husband pay his attorney's fees. He got me primary physical custody of my children, maximum child support, alimony and seventy percent of the retirement accounts. I was being bullied by a lawyer who handled my divorce. He gave up on my case when my money ran out and I lost everything that was important to me (my children). He didn't want a payment plan, just money or nothing. Fast forward three years and I start receiving emails stating i still owe $3000. I ke pt asking for them to send me an invoice of my bill or something proving that I owed more money. I was harassed by these emails for months and they weighed heavily on me. As a man I was concerned about the effects a divorce would have on my relationship with my two children. I had heard about Blake's reputation as someone that fights hard and is successful in getting men physical custody of their children. Blake scheduled a temporary hearing in the case, prior to the hearing we reached an agreement where I would share physical custody of my children with my wife. After several months my wife was unable to take care of the children when they were with her and she would drop them off to me on her time. Blake then set the case for a final hearing, and prior to the final hearing after Blake took her deposition, she agreed to my having sole physical custody of my children. I am forever grateful to Blake for his efforts that led to me receiving custody of my children. He worked with me on the fees as he felt very strongly that I should receive custody of my children. I am forever indebted to him for his work on my behalf.
