I am so grateful to have found Chuck Clay! I was having extreme water drainage problems created by a neighbor uphill from me that was concentrating all of their storm water onto my property. To complicate matters, the property was owned by a foreign government consulate. It was a difficult case bu t Chuck worked tirelessly to move the case forward and bring it to resolution. Mr. Clay was referred to us after we lost a case due to another attorney's lack of understanding of our case and unwillingness to listen to our concerns.
