After a brutal impact at 50+ mph by a DUI driver while I was at a stop sign, I searched high and low for an attorney. I came upon Danny Ragland's website and read up on his ties to MADD. I was impressed by what I read and made an appointment to see him. I was further impressed by his knowledge and a bilities after meeting him in person, and shortly thereafter, my wife and I signed up with him. Mr. Ragland is detail oriented, thorough, and precise in what he wants to achieve. He dug down and wide on all the history of the DUI driver and uncovered a thorough and comprehensive criminal history of the defendant. He conducted a meticulous and thorough written and video deposition of the defendant. After all the motions from the defense attorney's attempts to keep all this information from being allowed in court, Mr. Ragland issued the 'Coup de Grace' in his rebuff of the opposing attorney's attempts. After reading it myself, I exclaimed 'brilliant' out loud and told my wife how he had assuredly rebuffed their attempts. Sure enough, the defense attorney caved in immediately, and the stone was laid for them to settle out-of-court for an amount that they had not contemplated. My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Ragland to anyone who needs an attorney in that field. He is knowledgeable, personable, and thoroughly dedicated to his cases.
