I was very fortunate to be referred to David Olson by another attorney in Atlanta. Not only is David very professional and knowledgeable, he is delightful to work with. He has kept me informed of the status of the case, clearly explained the process, and discussed the potential outcomes of different approaches to resolve the case, all in "non-legalese talk". David quickly gained my confidence in his expertise. I have been very comfortable relying on his judgment and guidance. I am the Executrix for a dear friend whom I lost as the result of an auto accident. David has demonstrated genuine understanding and empathy. That sense of caring has meant a lot to me. David gathered and reviewed extensive medical records which covered a period of more than a year. He came to the conclusion that the auto accident (which was the fault of another driver) did, in fact, contribute to the untimely death of my friend. He succeeded in getting a settlement from the insurance company of the driver at fault, and also from my friend's insurance company under the Underinsured Motorist contract. David succeeded in getting a fair settlement. However, even if that were not the case, I would not hesitate to call on David should I ever need a Personal Injury attorney in the future. After the loss of my friend, I was not looking forward to honoring her wishes in pursuit of compensation on her behalf for her pain, suffering, and ultimate death.
