I’m a cybersecurity specialist at a relatively early stage in my career. David helped me with the EB2/National Interest Waiver application along with the Adjustment of Status and EAD. My I-140 was approved in ~9 months which is faster than I expected, and my I-485 was approved a few months later; the whole process from filing to getting a green card took less than 14 months (filed concurrently) with no RFEs or interviews (EAD was approved too). I’ve researched attorneys that specialize in NIW cases around the entire USA before hiring David. I had mixed feelings about my success and how I should approach it.
