David has only focused on family law for the past 15 years and also has significant trial experience. Why is this important? When it comes to my children and personal assets I want someone who focuses on family law everyday and has significant trial experience in front of a judge and jury. David took my jurisdiction case and knocked it out of the park. Divorce isn’t easy. At the time, I was on active duty Air Force stationed in Biloxi. Divorce was simultaneously filed in Georgia and Mississippi, although I’ve never been a GA resident. Military divorces have key differences in residence vs domicile vs home of record. David found some keen strategies within case law precedent about residency and turned them against my opponent ultimately working in my favor. Judge dismissed allowing us to move the case back to MS. I trust David’s judgement. He gets to work, he believes in the father’s rights to equality, and he holds his professional image throughout. As I have recently found out, divorce is not easy. Please consider your defense in your own personal divorce. Every marriage is different, every divorce is different, every lawyer is different. I really feel like I picked the best lawyer for my case. I was referred to DMQ by another lawyer. I already knew the firm had an excellent reputation. What I did not know is that David Marple is an excellent strategist! He orchestrated a very complicated situation in my case and it couldn't have had a better result. My divorce took about 3 months. If I didn't have David's creative mind, it could have taken years. I have to say at some points it looked hopeless and I was scared. However, the whole team at DMQ knew what they were doing when I didn't. They were compassionate as well as assertive.
