    Lorena and her firm made everything so very easy. The entire process, from start to finish, always had either her or another member of her firm there to help make sure that everything was understood. Whenever there was a question, even during this time of social distancing, they were quick to respond the same day and often within the same hour! During the meeting with the trustee there was only one small stumbling block which was handled beautifully and corrected before the end of business that same day. Once the discharge was complete I was able to know immediately thanks to them contacting me to let me know even before the court sent me the documents. They even went so far as to help with resources and tips on how to rebuild my credit score after the discharge was complete and made sure to let me know how keep myself safe from temptations and scams related to people who've recently had a discharge. In a time that could have been stressful beyond belief, Lorena and her team made it a breeze!
