My case was somewhat unique in nature and took several months and multiple lawyers with Attorney Rosenberg being the second attorney retained. After several months, my case was resolved. Attorney Rosenberg is very knowledgeable and will turn over all possible stones. He will lean in and ask questions and ask for clarification. I'm not sure when he sleeps as you are bound to receive responses in the early AM, he seems to literally work around the clock.

Jack was absolutely brilliant! He listened and reviewed all of my documentation. The company was trying to engage in pre textual termination. Jack wrote a demand letter that demonstrated we meant business. The company backed down and left me a lone. We showed evidence that contradicted everything the manager was saying. Super easy to work with. He’s great! I had a case he wasn’t 100% familiar with as laws change constantly. He stayed up almost all night doing research to make sure my case was 100%.
