Nov 2014, one of the worse months of my life. Motorcycle accidents are NEVER fun; doubly so at the beginning of Winter. I had never needed a Lawyer before, so I was completely lost on what would be the first step. From the moment Jay visited me in the hospital, I knew I was in Good Hands. He was a re ferral from a coworker. He talked me through the process of keeping records of my experience, the importance of keeping a journal, for my case, and for my sanity! It was a long process and there were small hiccups, but I never lost faith in Jay and his team. I trusted that they had my best interests in mind. My patience was rewarded with the Best Possible Outcome for me case! I was beyond pleased with their efforts and prompt delivery of necessary paperwork. I pray I never need a lawyer again... but if I need one, I'd go back to Jay.
