Our small family business had secured a written multi-million dollar agreement to perform work for the US headquarters of a very large European company. Before hiring this guy as your attorney or accepting him as a special master, be sure you read over his documented attorney misconduct. Ichter didn't disclose his extensive history of attorney misconduct, which is well documented by two Federal Judges in their orders. I suspected immediately that Ich ter was intentionally misrepresenting the law in my case for ulterior reasons, so I did some research and sure enough he has a long and elaborate history of egregious attorney misconduct. So egregious in fact, that he was sanctioned $311,836.00 for the misconduct in the courtroom. The misconduct spanned several years, and the case is styled Costa & Grissom Mach. Co. Inc v. Qindao Giantway Mach. Co in the Northern District of Georgia. I will quote below how two well respected Federal Judges, Judge Charles Pannell and Judge Walter Johnson, described Ichter's misconduct. These quotes are verbatim from the Judge's orders: "engaged in egregious behavior, acted dishonestly, and used deceptive, underhanded litigation tactics by intentionally misrepresenting the law" "acted willfully in bad faith, vexatiously, wantonly, and for oppressive reasons" "acts of misconduct were not isolated and were part of an intentional course of misconduct" "for the conduct to go uncorrected would result in no meaning to the oath of a witness, no meaning to the conduct of attorneys, and no rule of law" "the pervasive nature of bad faith and dishonesty...the court concludes that significant sanctions are warranted" which resulted in sanctions over $311k.
