Jon Hedgepeth took my divorce, my children and me under his wing and helped save us from the mess that another firm had created. I thought that the law is the law, so it didn't matter which attorney I used. I was wrong. In trying to save money using another attorney, it almost cost me my home, cars, business and custody. Jon cleaned up the mess and then went to work expediting the divorce that had gone on for way too long. When my divorce went to trial, it was as if I was watching a master mind at work. He picked up on every single inconsistency from my ex-husband, including little things my ex said that were helpful to my case and little things he did that would favor my case. And, Jon pulled it all together at my trial showing the judge the truth. Jon was brilliant. The judge awarded me everything I asked for as well as a few things that I didn't ask for in the divorce. I'm so grateful to Jon and his team. I was scared and intimidated by my ex husband as well as the process but Jon took care of me and took the burden off of me so I could focus on running my business and being a mom. Not all attorneys are created equal and it does make a difference who represents you in a divorce. I have recommended him to other friends who have been thrilled with his representation as well.

First and foremost, Jon is decent and honest. He has said things I wanted to hear , but also truths that I did not want to hear, but was completely straightforward and accurate in his approach. He has saved me thousands in fees for meaningless issues that I have seen other attorneys gladly chase an d accept. I have had a contentious divorce from a woman with a venomous tongue and Jon has treated everyone with respect and dignity while consistently winning my points. Judges and other attorneys see this and respect Jon. I watched him absolutely destroy my opposition altogether while maintaining civility and showing complete respect to the court.
