Informative and fair... These are two words that I would use to describe Andrew Lemanski. I came to him with a very difficult set of cases that were misshandled by another attorney. Johnny was always very helpful with my case. I was rear-ended on the freeway at over 100 mph. I received injury to my back and right leg that over the years resulted in terrific sciatic pain. The problem became exacerbated when my own insurance company refused to total my obviously "totaled" car an d refused to pay my policy limits. Up until then, I thought I had a very good insurance company, but I quickly realized that I did not. I had full collision insurance coverage including high limits of “under insured motorist” coverage, but my insurance company refused to pay them as expected. It was a long process as most car injury cases are, but had it not been for Johnny who stayed on my insurance company to pay their injured motorist as they should have in the first place, I would not have come out ahead.
