- ★★★★★Excellent legal help in an unjust world!
Deborah · litigation ·
Austin Buerlein was able to tell that the verdict on the court case I was involved in, McNair vs. McNair, was unjustified. He was able to present the case to the appellate court well enough to result in a complete reversal of the case and verdict, which is rare. Without his help, I and my kids would have had to live indefinitely with an unjust settlement.

I highly recommend Attorney Buerlin. From the consultation to the final Divorce hearing Attorney Buerlin and his staff were professional, organized, and communicated effectively (which are huge to me) assuring that my needs were fulfilled. I felt his representation was TOP NOTCH!!! His services are a ffordable for the quality of attorney he is. Atty Austin was my second atty in my divorce hearing and I must say he resurrected my hope in my case and I left feeling like I was defended effectively and efficient with precision. Attorney Austin went above and beyond regarding my case. He is truly heavenscent and the family attorney one must have! I am truly privledged, honored, and fortunate to have experienced and worked with Attorney Austin. I wish him and his firm nothing less of exceptional success! I would like to add his work is tremendous but his character says everything a man of honor and integrity and I love that most about him!
- ★★★★★Can't recommend Austin Buerlein highly enough.

My divorce was high-stakes and involved a smart and vengeful spouse, so I had to take the attorney I hired very seriously. I interviewed 8 different attorneys, and from our very first conversation, it was clear that Austin Buerlein had a grasp of the details of divorce law and my situation that the o thers did not, and his command of language and ability to state things in a fair and reasonable manner was impressive. Austin is strategic, knowledgeable, and razor-sharp, but just as important, he was honest, kind, and deeply invested in my outcome. My case was a higher net-worth situation involving an angry spouse who was out for vengeance and making me bleed. My ex-spouse's attorney assured her that she would be able to take me to the cleaners, but I believe that once they found out my attorney was Austin, and they had worked with him before and knew of his courtroom skills and knowledge of the law and the judicial system, they recognized they weren't going to be able to push me around with Austin in my corner. We were able to mediate a reasonable outcome (which means lose-lose or win-win, haha) and did not need to go to court, but I am convinced that Austin would have navigated court with aplomb. As I understand it, other attorneys hire him to go to court for them at times, believe it or not. I can't recommend Austin enough; in fact, I almost don't want to recommend him because I want him all to myself, haha, although I don't plan to go through divorce again any time soon. And just remember: the reason divorce costs so much is because it's worth it!
- ★★★★★Kind and Compassionate

I would highly recommend Kristin. She was my lawyer 3 years ago for a divorce. I had talked with several lawyers before coming to her. I had hired and fired another firm as well. She truly understood and was able to deal with my unique situation. She gave me options but did not push me to go in one direction or the other. Having her as my lawyer alleviated so much of the stress my ex was causing during the divorce process. With her expertise. We were able to keep my divorce going down the non contested path as opposed to a contested one. She is a firm lawyer. She does not back down, but also is not pushy. I felt like. I had a friend in my corner.
