Attorney Jarzmik was very supportive and effective in resolving me and my daughters battery case. He took the time out to listen to me and my daughter, answer our questions that we had, and he took the time out to fully analyze our case and produce the best arguments to aid in me and my daughter’s ca se. He was able to get me and my daughter’s case dismissed with his very strong arguments that he made. His technique to winning me and my daughter’s case was so good and effective to the point that another attorney that observed him during the case told him that she is going to use his method to win her cases similar to me and my daughter’s. Last May I had gotten a super speeder ticket by a Georgia State Patrol officer when traveling 94 in a 65 on GA 400. I had hired Kyle to handle this ticket so I wouldn’t risk a license suspension and insurance cancellation given me being under 21 years of age. Kyle was very understanding of my situati on and made me feel at ease, which says a lot as someone with bad anxiety. Kyle was also very understanding of me being a broke college student and had allowed me to do an affordable payment plan spanning 3 months while he took care of my case. Not only did he help get that ticket completely dismissed, he also went out of his way to take care of a secondary 49 in a 35 speeding ticket I had gotten a few months later by City of Atlanta PD. This led to not one but two tickets eventually being dismissed completely, with the last one opting me to take a defensive driving course in exchange of my insurance rates not skyrocketing. In conclusion, I 1000% recommended this lawyer.
