In February 2016 I was in a substantial MVA on the downtown connector that left me with multiple injuries and totaled my car. Matt represented me and my landscaping company in a property damage lawsuit against an individual and a trucking company. I was driving my landscaping company’s vehicle with trailer in tow when a woman cut in front of a tractor trailer, causing the truck to crash into me. Thankfully, I wasn’t injured , but my trailer was ruined. Neither the woman nor the trucking company would pay for the damages. Matt fought on my behalf and we settled for all of the property damage and lost income while the trailer was in the shop.
