My divorce journey was no walk in the park. It was a very emotionally draining experience for me. I initially was too nervous to continue going through with the divorce at first and she made it clear we could put it on hold for sometime until I was ready. I eventually came back and she was immediatel y on the case. Not to get into too much detail but there were some trying times Jeannine and I had to endure from her being yelled at by the other party, to requested documentation not being received and paperwork not being signed timely which caused a major delay in finalizing my divorce. It was emotional turmoil to say the least. However, I am so thankful for Jeannine. She was so attentive, personable, empathetic and patient. She always answered any questions I had and made time for conference calls if I needed them. I also received emails with updates on my case. When I wanted to give in and throw in the towel she fought for me. I hired Jeannine to represent me in a high-conflict divorce/custody case. As a father seeking joint custody of my daughter I knew the odds were likely against me in Fulton County. Whether Jeannine thought the same or not she never operated under that assumption. She handled my case with a great deal of respect and concern for everyone involved. Going through a divorce is always challenging but while working with Jeannine I always felt that my interested were well represented and that we would end up with a settlement that would be fair to all parties. I have been divorced for almost a month. I wanted to take some time so that I could fairly review Ms. Lumpkin's services and not base the review solely on my emotions surrounding the end of my case. I contacted Attorney Randy Kessler to get a confidential consultation regarding a significant prior divorce issue and prenuptial issue. Mr. Kessler exceeded all my expectations, particularly when compared with experiences I had with other lawyers I hired in the past. I'm not saying my prior lawyers were bad. They were competent, smart attorneys. Mr. Kessler, however, was clearly in another class altogether.
