Family law is messy, emotional and the stakes are high. My divorce was fairly atypical. Steven and I were living in different time zones and there were many unique issues and difficulties to be addressed. Prior to hiring Steven, I interviewed a few recommended lawyers and most gave me a prognosis of a three to five year divorce. Thanks to Steven’s intelligence, efficiency, effectiveness and pragmatic approach I was divorced with excellent results and settlement in less than four months.  He has changed my whole outlook on lawyers. Steve represents hall of fame athletes, but he never treated my case as less important than those of his famous clients. He is knowledgeable and strategic -- right away, he assessed the facts of my case, he worked with me to develop a case strategy, and then he executed upon it with precision and e fficiency. While not inexpensive, Steve's fees were reasonable for the high quality and meaningful work that was performed. In addition to legal skill, I really like Steve. He's tough, but also a good person. He truly listened to me, was sensitive to my concerns, I always felt comfortable discussing personal matters with him, and I never doubted for one minute that he wasn't fully committed to and capable of reaching the best possible outcome for me (which he did).
