I divorced 13 years ago and made the mistake of not requiring my ex-husband to refinance our mortgages. For the last 6 years, my ex consistently missed mortgage payments which destroyed my credit. Every attorney I spoke to about my situation said that I didn't have a case. Then I met Thad. My ex was forced to sell his house. Thankfully he sold it when he did because he hadn't made a payment in over 6 months and the house was in pre-foreclosure. Now I'm finally off of the mortgages after 13 years. I hired Thad 3 years ago. He was the 4th attorney I hired fighting with my controlling ex husband and his friend who was also his attorney over child support. They seem to just enjoy running all over me and my many attorneys. I spent a ridiculous amount of money 4 years in a row until I finally deci ded to hire the best law firm in Atlanta in hopes they could put an end to the cycle. Mr. Woody is a consummate professional and very good at what he does. He listens first, understands the issue, and knows exactly how to solve the problem. I hired Mr. Woody to handle my divorce and I should have paid him twice what I gave him, because he ran circles around the opposing team of lawy ers.
