I had a speeding ticket of 60 in a 45 and this law office was able to bump it down to where I ONLY had to pay my fines and NO points were added to my license! Well worth the $350 to not have to go to court and avoid points! Thank you so much!

I was referred to Thomas by a friend for a DUI. My case took just shy of 2 years to complete but Thomas remained diligent and proactive regarding my case. He was always responded promptly via email and called me whenever I needed for clarity. This was a very scary situation for me because it was my first DUI and I wasn’t sure what the outcome would be but in the end Thomas had the DUI dismissed and I pleaded guilty to reckless driving and speeding. Which is still very serious but not as bad as having a DUI on my record. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family if ever faced with this situation and as much as I enjoyed working with Thomas I hope to never need again personally. Back in 2005 I had a potential DUI that Thomas Thomas was able to get reduced to a Reckless Driving charge. The prosecuting attorney was close enough for me to overhear and he actually said “saw a previous case of yours and it was like Elvis had entered the building.” I recommended Attorney Thomas to four friends who had similar situations (forgive us, we were in our early twenties and have matured since). The three who went with Attorney Thomas were all reduced to reckless. The one who did not now has a DUI on his record forever.

I contacted Thomas and Thomas, To help with a citation I received, I'm a cdl truck driver so my license is my meal ticket, given his yrs of handling cases in the fulton County, he know the approach to take.
