As dramatic as the title is, Mr. Davis did just that. I was in the divorce of hell! Not to mention a custody battle that included IVF. The question was if the baby that I carried via RIVF( carried wife’s egg) was legally mine. As the state of Georgia does not legitimate children born of IVF, I was to ld that I was a biological stranger to my children. Like the child that was cut out of my uterus could be taken away from me as well as our son that was born a month before marriage. My life was literally being ripped apart! Mr. Davis did not offer any promises but assured me that we would take this thing head on. He did just that I was granted 50/50 custody to both of my children and child support. He’s a godsend! I’m forever grateful. Not to mention he always answered all of my frantic calls, emails, and text messages. Thank you again!

Will was exceptional in his communication, preparation, accessibility, and overall working of my family custody case. We had some very unconvinteonal twists in our case, and Will was great about adapting and staying on top of what we needed to do. Will was very collected and reassuring in what wa s an extremely emotional proceeding, and was in constant communication with me about what was going in. He was extremely knowledgeable about what/when/how we could do and needed to do to exercise every available option to best make our case. Even for being relatively young, it was obvious he already had a great rapport with the judges and courtroom personnel that we worked with, which is extremely important.
