If you are thinking about pursuing Social Security Disability Insurance, don’t try to go it alone. Save yourself the agony, frustration and wasted time. Call Danielle Beaver, SSDI Attorney. She specializes in helping SSDI clients. She is knowledgeable and an expert. SSDI is the only thing she does . I tried it the hard way, considered myself intelligent enough to read directions and comply with what was needed. Boy was I wrong! Danielle is the best person to have by your side to navigate this long and difficult process. She helped me understand what was important and what was not important to present my case. She always listened to my concerns. I felt validated and she believed in what I said. Danielle was empathetic and patient even when I was stressed, frustrated, and upset. Not my usual self. She understood me even when I was not at my best. She was always cheerful and pleasant, down to earth, reassuring. Danielle explained every step of the process and what to expect. She made sure I understood everything. Danielle is well respected by the appeals judges. She will never give up on you. She helped me get the information I needed from healthcare providers. Sometimes this was difficult for me to do because of my conditions. Expect that this process will take time, sometimes years. At least you won’t be wasting time by trying to do this yourself.

After being denied with the SSID I did not have hope, but when talking to Danielle she took all my fears and doubts away after taking the time to listen to my situation and after reviewing my case there was finally some comfort knowing she had everything in hand. Listen if you have a disability claim with Social Security don't bother calling anyone else! Just CALL DANIELLE and let her sort it out for you! I promise you won't be sorry! Thanks again Danielle!

If you have disabilities that are preventing you from obtaining and maintaining full time employment, you can apply for social security disability insurance (SSDI) if you have enough work credits (worked 5 of the last 10 years) or supplemental security income (SSI) (for those with low income/assets). Unless your disability is severe enough where you absolutely cannot perform any work functions at all (including desk jobs), then chances are your initial application will be denied. Your next step is to file a request for reconsideration, which will also most likely be denied. The third step in the process (which takes around 2 years from the date you initially filed) is to be scheduled to attend a hearing in front of an Administrative Law Judge who will hear your case and determine if you meet the requirements to be considered disabled and entitled to SSDI/SSI under the law. The hearing is basically your one chance for approval as if the judge does not rule in your favor an appeal of the decision is not very likely. You are allowed to have a representative with you at the hearing, and it is highly recommended that this representative be an attorney and experienced in social security law. Your attorney should make sure all relevant information regarding your case is presented to the judge and occupational specialist that is assisting the judge. Danielle Beaver only practices social security disability law and is an expert in the laws that govern social security disability, and will ensure you are properly prepared and represented at your hearing. She will spend time with you to fully understand your disability situation. The fee charged by social security disability attorneys is set by the social security administration and is the same so no need to shop around price wise. Your attorney also only gets paid if you win your case. You can retain an attorney at any point before your hearing, but I highly recommend having one from the beginning. You could file on your own and only worry about an attorney when it comes to a hearing, but the SSA will send you forms asking you plenty of questions during your initial applications. Having an attorney is very beneficial at this point since you can ask questions and have them check the forms before you submit them to make sure you correctly understood the questions before you answered them. The judge at your hearing will have these forms, and if you did not understand the questions on the forms your answers could affect your case. Having a local attorney on Hawaii time zone like Danielle Beaver that you could call or meet with to answer your questions is a huge help. It really helps with all the stress of all the long application process to have an attorney like her on your side the whole time. I highly recommend giving her office a call if you are thinking about filing for SSDI or SSI and will cost you nothing unless you decide to retain her services and you win your case.

After being denied 3 times for SSDI, I was scared depressed and frustrated.I had no idea what to do. I couldn't work, was in constant pain and seeing multiple drs who all agreed that I wouldn't be able to work a full time job again. At the end of my rope I decided to contact a lawyer. I called Daniell e and it was the best decision I ever made. Even amoungst this pandemic of Covid-19 Danielle managed to walk me though a very overwhelming processes of a hearing. This was my final shot and she prepared me for the process. I was terrified but Danielle made sure I was ready. I still didnt know what to think till she called me after the hearing to let me know that We had won our case and that I also would be elegiable for Medicare ! I cant thank her enough. Now I dont have to worry about the financial stresses of seeing the drs I need to and starting my healing journey. My husband and I both thank you Danielle and cant express our gratitude enough. If your considering a lawyer dont hesitate to call Danielle and let her work her magic. She was great and kept me apprised evey step of the way begining to end.

After being frustrated with trying to keep up with the process. I gave Danielle Beavers law office a call. She has a friendly attentive office staff and Danielle made herself available by phone or email anytime which was great. She spent time guiding and coaching me before my hearing. She did such a great job the judge thanked her! If you are searching for a professional caring law office, I would recommend Danielle Beavers.

When searching for a disability lawyer online, it is easy to be swept up into a giant mainland firm that may not always understand the unique landscape of Hawaii Veterans and residents. I was very pleased to see Diane C. Haar listed as an approved lawyer on Veterans Disability website. She knows the correct person to reach out to and how to get the job done. We are extremely grateful for her professional guidance. Diane C. Haar takes the time to listen with genuine compassion and concern. She provides prompt, personal attention and has proven to be an excellent lawyer. During the early onset of Covid she and her team responded with timely and useful legal advice. They have been an amazing source of information and advised us on programs that we did not even know existed. She successfully advised us on my daughter's military and SSDI disability claims.

Came to my hospital bed to interview me for my case, the system is backed up but she never failed to keep me updated as to my case's schedule. Worked with me to identify my doctors, hospital records, surgery, etc. and kept it concise and focused on my injury/disability. Also treated me with kindness and her associates are extremely helpful and informative so if you cannot reach Ms. Harr, you will get someone who WILL help you get in touch with her. A great group of human beings, I felt well taken care of and respected and listened to, for once.

Diane C. Haar has a wonderful team, very comprehensive, very prepared. We had social security disability case. The office is professional and prompt in all of the responses. The process went from being frustrating and confusing when I was doing it on my own to straightforward and although it still took a long time, the Attorney and her team was completely supportive, knowledgeable and well informed. We were completely supported all along the way. They are very good at screening the case and they are very honest whether or not the case has merit. Even afterward, when I had questions the office staff was there to answer questions and help with the bureaucracy.
