My daughter and our family are now going through the process of getting the man who came into my home stole my heart and my daughters innocence brought to justice. With just ONE meeting with this man she changed how she slouched her shoulders to her head held high--he asked me to leave the room becau se I would be quiet (I was angry too), but I was sent away with a cup of perfect coffee and chocolates his staff was very understanding and listened to me rant (so patient & kind) but whatever he said to my daughter gave her courage and helped her feel that she wasn't going to have to be worrying about the case. He came across as the father she needed but didn't have, at this time. He truly cares. God bless this man. My daughter was cutting herself from humiliation and I feared she would hurt herself more--ha! We contacted Mr. Breiner with my husbands case. My husband had already confessed to his crime and was facing 20 years in prison. Upon calling his office with 30 minutes I received a call back from Mr Breiner himself. He heard the details told me his price which was in realty steep but actually chea per then what any other attorney would have charged. He was even willing to stretch out the length of the payment to help us. It not only stopped there Mr Breiner never once judged what my husband had done in any negative way, but took the time to really find out who my husband was and included me also. He took time to explain things so that we understood every step that would Be taken. He also was very stern with us if he felt we were going down a wrong path. His office kept in contanst communication and made sure we were aware of all court dates. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, but he was compassionate and understanding. My husband did not win his case without consequences, but Mr Breiner saved him from being incarcerated and taken away from a me his wife that loves him dearly. For this I would recommend Mr Breiner to anyone who is facing a no win situation or for that fact any situation.

I had a criminal charge while I was with another attorney (charge could’ve been avoided if that attorney had handled it right). I desperately needed a good attorney to remedy the situation and decided to look for a powerful, experienced attorney in criminal defense. I had an initial consultation with him and I had the impression he is the knowledgeable, experienced and confident lawyer that I was looking for. I was faced with the text-book toxic divorce case. I didn’t know who to turn to, but reading the excellent reviews for Scot Brower, I took my chances and he did not disappoint!! Facing down such defense tactics as defamation, attempts to ruin my career and lose my security clearance, as well as see king extreme, uncompromising, and undeserved alimony amounts that would have bankrupted me and put our child’s education at risk, Scot was there to face down lies with the law and I won the day. This was no small feat, as the defense firm - a well known divorce “factory” thrived in the use of intimidation tactics to force a “settlement” based on fear. I have a neighbor in my HOA that was causing me problems. Complaining to my work about association issues reporting me to different agencies about things that never happened.
