Stephanie is experienced, extremely smart and empathetic. I called her on a friend's recommendation after receiving a missive from the ARDC and she immediately eased my anxiety and got to work. As a senior citizen with a dear wife who died from Azheimer's Disease complications while having to experience the trials and tribulations of the corporate nursing home industry, coming into contact with Mr. Alexander Isaac Ernst Passo through Avvo, was a God send. "I ask a question on Avvo and Mr. Passo took the time to offer me answer." Unfortunately, my wife and I had to find out the hard way that many of the elderly have become a "Cash Commodity" for the nursing home industry and are not being afforded their legal rights. Especially in the State of Illinois where nursing homes are not required to carry liability insurance making them "litigation proof" in the eyes of too many in the legal profession. With that status, nursing home administrators think they can abuse Health Care Directives at will to increase the bottom line and raise the stock price. Now, hopefully, with Mr. Passo's help and direction there will be many elderly senior citizens who will not have to suffer my wife's situation.
