We contacted Martha after reaching out 3 immigration lawyers and having terrible experiences. When it comes to immigration issues is easy to play with peoples’ hopes, Martha was fresh air. Since the first call, Martha was straight forward and realistic, she thoroughly explained the rules that applied , most common/ possible outcomes in my case, time frames and requirements I had to meet. She didn’t over simply things nor came up with patchwork solution (considering my level of anxiety at that time), she came up with long term solutions that would take up some time but also were attainable. Together we set up a deadline to file everything needed and together made it happen 2 weeks before the date we agreed (even in the middle of her time off her team kept the engine running). Every time a notice was sent (the same day I received it via mail) I would get an email from Martha or her team explaining what that meant and updating me on the next steps. Her close follow up made me feel so confident that my case was on good hands and in good track. Eventually and way faster than we both were expecting, my case was resolved successfully. I can’t emphasize enough how decisive was having Martha legally but also emotionally.

After winning my deportation case, there was still a difficult road ahead of me with achieving citizenship. I hired Marta because she came super highly recommended, after the first lawyer I hired (to apply for citizenship) had failed me and did an awful job. Marta was very professional from the start and through the hole case, and I felt very comfortable that this time I was going to achieve my goal properly. Communication was great 10/10!
