My first green card application was denied by USCIS due to their conclusion that i had made a false claim to US citizenship. the attorney i was working with during this time suggested we file a motion to reconsider and it was also denied. I decided to go to the law firm that attorney Christina Murdoc h work with and began to work with her on my case. She suggested that we refile the case and try different legal arguments this time. She refiled my case this time with stronger and more relevant legal arguments. After some 18 months of going through the process again, my green card was approved! I am thankful to Christina and her legal aid Maria for their work on my case.
