Mr. Khwaja is an extremely dedicated and focused foreclosure defense attorney. He will thoroughly review all the issues that pertain to your case and focus on those that will bring the most positive outcome. His arguments are direct and are reinforced by his vast awareness of the current cases and ru lings that are relevant to your situation. He does not back down and will not hesitate in his attempts to protect your interests. So far he has WON two cases for me. The first one was for violation of a Federal Housing Regulations and the case was dismissed. The most recent case was won with prejudice for having violated the Single Refiling Rule. This had been the Plaintiffs' third attempt at foreclosure.
