I cannot say enough good things about Mr Fagan and his partner Mr Davis. Without going into too much detail about my case, I can say that I was facing a very grim outlook. Charged with a felony that is almost impossible to defend, these two gentlemen were the glue that kept me together and assured me they could help. They kept their promise. Steven handled my bench trial on a DUI arrest. He was very effective in navigating the chaotic and slow Cook County circuit court. This took repeated dates -- prosecution took time to turn over discovery, the police officer did not show up for two dates. During this time, I was well-informed of what was likely to happen, what my options were, how long this is likely to take. I also felt protected, which is a lot to say, for me. During the trial itself, Steven was very effective. He came prepared with issues with reports and testimony that resulted in a verdict of not guilty, in spite of a tricky situation where the deck felt stacked against me. He was clearly in control and experienced in the courtroom. There is no way I could have navigated this myself, so I am perfectly satisfied.

My husband and I are from California. His father passed away in 2010 in Chicago and we thought that a family member had taken care of getting the house in their name.
