I met Harley Goldstein years ago when I was General Counsel of Professional Bull Riders (the TV station and sports league).  PBR was owed millions of dollars by a bankrupt energy drink, and the bankrupt told me we weren’t entitled to and weren’t going to get a cent.  And the bankruptcy company had hi red some of the most well-known and connected attorneys to make sure that was the result.  And it would have been the result, unless and until Harley came in to represent PBR and the other creditors.  I also retained Harley when I was in-house counsel at WWE in the chapter 11 of a large movie studio that a WWE entity partnered with in making a film, with stupendous results.  The word I would use to describe him is “relentless” – he does not stop until we get superb results.  Some time after I met Harley, he left an enormous law firm to start his own boutique, and I’ve continued to use him.  In addition to Harley’s charisma and ingenuity in solving impossible problems, he’s also brought aboard other well-known bankruptcy attorneys to run with their clients given the firm’s growth.  He’s brought in the best of the best attorneys to his team.

I’ve hired Harley Goldstein, head of Goldstein & McClintock, for a series of my companies, including an entity that acquires and manages distressed hospitals, a hospital software company, and an ER doctor practice group.
