I would highly recommend Sarah Toney if you need help. I had a rather complicated issue being that I had my second DUI. She fought for me and was able to reduce my charges, sparing me of a heavy burden on my record. I have a professional degree, so a second offense would have been very detrimental to my career. She saved me from a ton of embarrassment and scrutiny. Throughout the process, she was very supportive and encouraging. And she was always quick to respond to messages and questions the same day. Steve Klein is an unbelievable attorney. During the toughest time in my life to date, Steve handled my case with so much attentiveness and worked so hard for me. He was honest and upfront as well. Hi my name is Cortez Paramore I'm currently serving a 3 1/2 sentence due to ineffective counsel from Steve Klien. I hire Steve April 2017 for a dui case which the was rate 2,500, 4,500 if I take it to trial So the case dragged on so here its now March 2020 I get arrested for a arm ambitual criminal so I decided to let Steve take the case. Now here it is May 2021 I decided to take the plea deal for 3 1/2 years because I was afraid to go to trail as a armed ambitual, now my court date was set July 23rd 2021 I get to court to make the deal, but all the time my attorney knew I couldn't been charged for a armed ambitual anymore, and kept silence about it and that was wrong. I've lost my family and others things behind this. I was also cheated out of $500 from Steve. Please find you another attorney who has your best interest at heart NOT STEVE

After firing my first attorney who literally took my 10K retainer and advised me to "plead guilty, sell your house and move," boy am I glad I stumbled across Mr. Klein. I didn't know about AVVO at the time, but real client reviews are probably the best way to judge a potential attorney. By the ti me I hired Mr. Klein on several convoluted and grossly exaggerated matters that had ballooned out of hand, which included OOP and VOOP, he was able to get the OOP vacated and VOOPs dismissed, which seemed initially like an impossible task, especially since the original attorney bungled the case so badly and several months had elapsed. In the end, I received court supervision for one separate case, with all others dismissed. About Mr. Klein's style: He's a great communicator. Available, responsive, patient, and explains things in detail (and many of the details can easily get confusing). Sometimes he gets gruff or short when he is in the middle of fighting hard for your case, so trust that he is placing his energy where it needs to go and will get back to you later to explain the finer details. A word about pricing: A friend advised me, be wary of attorneys who charge you by the hour, because you can't really know how much time they have actually spent on the case. I found this out the hard way, when my original attorney kept over 3K of my original retainer, after doing pretty much nothing on my cases. Mr. Klein in contrast offered transparent pricing, telling me exactly what his cost was for each matter in full, and additional fees if the case went to bench trial vs. jury trial (it didn't.) If you have any pending criminal matter and need a great attorney, I unequivocally recommend Steve Klein!
