If there is a price for Immigration excellence in America, Shannon will be a yearly recipient of this award. I met Shannon roughly 6 years ago and All I can say is she was the best thing to happen to me, before her, I had paid over 4 Immigration Attorneys Thousands of dollars without any luck, but wh en I met her, she took my case personally, She is a fighter, mentor, Adviser and advocate. when I almost gave up, she encouraged me, When I had no money, she worked with me, she is the reason why I am a Permanent resident now and I will be forever grateful to her. I will not only recommend her, I will vouch for her honesty, dedication and truthfulness. Thanks for helping and May God continue to bless you.
- ★★★★★Resolved My Very Complex Immigration Case

Attorneys Shepherd and Berman took my extremely complicated immigration case in 2010, after several years of getting nowhere with the other lawyers. Within a few weeks the difference already started to show, and once my first work permit arrived in the mail, I knew that if I had a chance in the wo rld to have my extremely complex case resolved, it would be with these attorneys' help. These attorneys handled each subsequent work permit renewal and thus I had no more problems obtaining the work permit to which I was entitled by law. These attorneys helped me tremendously in dealing with the very frustrating immigration court, the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, and even with the Transportation Security Agency. In 2014 I had my I-485 interrogation (AKA "interview"), with both attorneys preparing the documents and preparing me and my spouse for what to expect and what the various things in this appointment would mean, and Attorney Berman personally appeared at this appointment with us. He was extremely well prepared, and even had on his person copies of documents that the officer wanted to see that weren't easy to locate in the files I had brought with. By fall of 2014 I had my I-551 (AKA "green card") in hand and I enlisted in the US Navy. Even after the military processing of my naturalization application Attorneys Shepherd and Berman remained closely involved in my case to the very end, and Attorney Berman personally appeared at my naturalization interrogation (AKA "naturalization interview"). On 22 September 2016 I proudly accepted the Certificate of Naturalization at the ceremony held in federal court in Milwaukee, and that was the excellent result toward which Attorneys Berman and Shepherd have worked tirelessly with me over the years to achieve. The professional honesty and the flexibility that both attorneys have shown over the years as we tried to find the best approaches to try for the complexities of my case sets them apart from the norm. I have never felt or found to have been incorrectly billed, I have never felt to be taken advantage of, and both attorneys took my many unconventional suggestions seriously and worked with those ideas that had a shot for success despite the fact that I'm not a lawyer myself. My only regret is that I did not know these attorneys from the very beginning, and I can wholeheartedly affirm that any foreign national who is not yet a naturalized citizen should absolutely retain these attorneys to take care of the remaining immigration processes until naturalization. Especially in today's world not having competent immigration attorneys can be the most devastating mistake a foreign national in the US can make, which can have severe consequences up to and including detainment and deportation. I very highly recommend Attorneys Shepherd and Berman regardless of how simple or complex your immigration situation is, and I can wholeheartedly affirm that both attorneys have earned my full trust over the years. I certainly hope that other immigration law firms will follow the exemplary professionalism of these attorneys.

Shannon, has represented with my situation. She understood the extremely unique, if not the only situation in history of this country. Shannon did the research, and then presented her findings to me and family. Post Covid shutdown of USIC for 2 years, observed the situation at USIC, and then proceede d to deliver to me, my long overdue citizenship. Shannon was so professional, all the time understanding my unique situation, and the feelings, emotions And extreme stress that USIC staff has caused me, and my family. Shannon, has completed this for me, after 5 years of USIC stress, situation completed and finished.
