I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Attorney Mervate compels me to do so. She handled my divorce case exceptionally well. Against all odds, she negotiated a settlement agreement that did not place undue financial stress upon me. As a result, I have been able to start a new life with a c lean slate and without resentment toward my ex-wife. I can honestly say that Attorney Mervate had my best interest in mind and was great with communication while she negotiated an amicable resolution to my divorce.

I am waiting a consultation and praying that God permits this woman to help defend my children in this war my wife declared on our family. While waiting for my case to be recalled because a zoom connection was dropped with one of my divorce lawyers I witness her x-ray vision into what was happening i n another family's divorce when it came to coaching of children by one of the spouses. Currently I have Sherry Kessler , she was the same GAL I had in the 2019 divorce with the same wife.in the 2023 divorce Kessler has continued to be an accomplice to my wife's criminal acts. I wish I had know of Mrs. Mohammed when the judge forced Mrs. Kessler back into my family's life If your going through a contested divorce which involves children, hire Me care for your children's psychological well being . It's not going to be easy, but as a parent you are responsible to protect your children. Family courts only cares about title IV-D. Mrs. Mervate is one of God's soldiers, very competent and capable of protecting your children.

Listen everyone! I have known Mervate for more than 5 years. Since she was a sole attorney out of a small office. I interviewed many attorneys and found scammers,thieves and very few loya . I called Mervate and told her my case and she told me she can help me! I went in and talked to her. She was e verything that her profile says she is. I saw someone professional , with a smile fully attentive. I am a father that only wanted what a father deserves, time with his kids and full involvement only to be screwed and played by other attorneys and lies in the court room. For the past 5 years , she has been by my side. She says that her number one priority is her clients needs and goals which is true. She is a advocate of taking care of business out of the court room but will take it to the battlefield if she needs to. Taking care of business out of court especially keeping the interest of your client is a great way to go and Mervate's method of giving you your best deal minimizing that threat of court fees and negative outcomes. If this gets the clients needs addressed, problem solved! DON'T THINK SHE IS GETTING SOFT OR GIVIN UP! Getting soft or giving up is the attorney that goes into court , sits next to opposing counsel, giggles, laughs, says what can we do about this , like they are friends and sends you a bill! Mervate is far from that. She will fight for you till you get what you want or you say stop. I am proof. She will explain to you what happened , what action is recomended , and even counsels you maritally from a legal perspective. She keeps you informed every step! Mervate was my attorney,is my attorney,and is now a friend and will always be a friend. i WOULD LIKE TO THANK MERVATE FOR BEING BY MY SIDE. I didn't win every point in my case either. I lost to lies many times, but there is only a certain amount a attorney could do if the court ain't feelin it. Oh by the way I could have blamed my attorney, but how can you blame a attorney if they stood before the judge and did their job. Mervate was a fighter , with a smile! SHOW UP LATE! People need to understand attorneys don't book your case and that's it for the day. They have many different rooms, different courthouses and even weather as factors. Late, what do you fear? Your attorney knows the numbers to the clerk. The judge understands. Attorneys have many clients they need to serve. SOME ATTORNEYS CHARGE YOU FROM THE POSTED COURT TIME THRU THE TIME THEY GET THERE. NOW THAT'S WRONG ! WHY CHARGE ME WHILE YOU SERVE OTHERS. BUT MERVATE HAS NEVER DONE THAT TO ME AND HER PRICING IS HONEST , OTHERWISE SHE LISTENS TO YOU AND WORKS WITH YOU! Some attorneys tell you take it deep! Last but not least if you feel your case is neglected, and you don't understand the process of the court system and that it takes time to get a court date after you go thru all the legal jargon, you need to stay anonymous. I know after 5 years, about patience , and how stuff gets dragged on. Mervate , is the type that will tell you if something will take a long time, if its feasable to your budget, what other options you have or if something is taking long she has no problem retracting. She will listen to you and honor your request. But the one thing I am sure she can't do is speed the case up! I have learned in family court there is no right to a speedy trial unless 2 parties are amicable. All in all , Mervate was great in the beginning and still is. Adding the support and knowledge of her associate Stephanie to the team is all another great reason to count on Mervate to represent you!

All I can say is Mervate is the Best. Not only did she successfully win my divorce case, but she also worked with me regarding payment. I’m so thankful for her because at that time I was a new mom of a set of twins that were six months, who had yet gone back to work from maternity leave. I utilized h er services for a divorce.
