Raiford “Raif” Palmer is a very experienced Divorce Attorney with a special talent for negotiating agreements. In my case the opposing attorney went into litigation instead of a collaborative agreement. While Raif is good with Collaborative Divorces and is a highly rated Attorney with awards, I had him represent me in litigation. Opposing side wanted to take 80% of my assets and ended up with less than 47% of my assets, due to pre-martial assets and other items that swung the balance in my favor. Raif prevailed in Pre-Trial meetings over the opposing attorney and helped me keep my house and other precious belongings. Raif and I both “Stayed in the fight for my future”, to the end. My business experience and his knowledge plus negotiation skills prevailed to a conclusion earlier this year. I trusted my future with Raiford Palmer and he delivered.

I am interviewing attorneys for my case and had the pleasure of speaking with Raif Palmer. I can't be more impressed by his professional knowledge as well as his empathy and compassion. I specifically needed someone who understood NPD/ADHD and found that not only does he have the top book on this but shares it with his clients! Raif knows how things work, inside and out. His advice is always solid and never off point.
